Benefits: Ryusen has a weeping habit with strong, pendulous branches, and bright green foliage. Ryusen can be trained to a desired height until it forms a sturdy trunk. Plants can also be allowed to weep over a wall, or cover an arbor or arch. The foliage turns brilliant shades of golden-orange and bright red in autumn. More heat- and sun-tolerant than many A. palmatum cultivars.
